Mason McKnatt
Head Trainer and Owner of ProSpire Basketball

Mason McKnatt is the Founder and Head Trainer of ProSpire Basketball, where he works full-time with NBA players, overseas professionals, and Division 1 athletes. As a player, Mason scored over 2,600 career points in high school and established himself as one of the most prolific shooters in Tennessee history. He led the nation in three-point field goals made his junior year and still holds the Tennessee state record for highest career free throw percentage.

Mason went on to play two seasons of college basketball before injuries cut his playing career short, shifting his focus fully to training. Today, his reputation is built on precision, discipline, and detail, developing players to reach their highest potential and train like professionals.

Tommy Murr
Skill Development Trainer

Tommy Murr is a professional basketball player, currently playing overseas with BC Orbi. He made his mark early as one of the most prolific scorers in high school basketball history, finishing with 5,716 career points — 4th all-time nationally. Tommy went on to play three seasons at Lipscomb University before transferring to the University of Alabama-Huntsville, where he became Gulf South Conference Player of the Year, earned All-American honors, and won a Gulf South Conference Championship.

Now as both a player and trainer, Tommy brings a wealth of knowledge to the game. His experience and proven scoring ability allow him to teach athletes how to become efficient, confident, and dangerous offensive players.

Jack Gohlke
Skills Development Trainer

Jack Gohlke is a professional basketball player and sharpshooter who rose to national attention during the 2024 NCAA Tournament, hitting 10 three-pointers to lead Oakland University past Kentucky. Before transferring to Oakland, he played at Hillsdale College, where he built his foundation as an elite shooter. Jack has since continued his career professionally, including stints in Europe (ABA League), NBA G-League, and now in Brazil with Fortaleza Basket Cearense. Known for his relentless work ethic and precision, he brings a wealth of experience and a scorer’s mindset to the ProSpire platform.

Josh Spining
Co-Creative Media Director

Josh Spining is the Co-Creative Media Director at ProSpire, where he helps lead the brand’s creative vision and media strategy. Alongside his role behind the camera, Josh is also a college basketball player at the University of the South (Sewanee), giving him a unique player’s perspective on the game.

Chance Mitchell
 Co-Creative Media Director

 Chance Mitchell is the Co-Creative Media Director at ProSpire, bringing a high-level background in sports media and basketball culture. He works with Ballislife, one of the most recognized platforms in the basketball world, and has built a strong reputation creating content for multiple full-time NBA clients. Chance is also deeply connected to grassroots basketball, working with Adidas 3SSB.
